Return and Exchanges

Return Eligibility

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached. Returns that do not meet these criteria may be rejected or subjected to a partial refund. Please note that final sale or clearance items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at inquiriesupport@danatolny.com with your order number, reason for return, and any relevant photos (in the case of defective or damaged items). Once approved, you will receive further instructions and a return shipping address. Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Exchanges

We are happy to offer exchanges for different sizes or colors of the same item, subject to availability. Please email us within 30 days of receiving your order and specify the item you wish to exchange. If the requested item is out of stock, we will process a refund instead. Exchange shipping costs are generally the customer’s responsibility unless the exchange is due to a mistake on our part.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will gladly replace the item or provide a full refund, including any applicable shipping fees.
